Professionally, Jamil is the Owner of Crews Control Media and the Crews Control Podcast Network, an MBE-certified digital and multimedia communications agency based out of Buffalo New York. He also serves as digital communications manager for Say Yes Buffalo.
He is an active community member and serves in number of capacities, including as the Eastern Region Vice President for National Urban League Young Professionals; member of For(bes) The Culture; board chair for the William Emslie YMCA; board member for the Buffalo Urban League and proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
